| After the success of
her solo exhibition at the Lutheran Hall in Portland last year, Joy
was back again this year with another solo exhibition, this time at the
Portland Arts Centre. She is certainly a prolific artist and the exhibition
filled both galleries at the PAC. Joy is a member of the Artists' Society
(a CEMA group), and received lots of encouragement from fellow artists and
gifted teachers such as Heather Rowsell, Charlotte Davis, Sheila Swain and
Kevin Taylor. She also won the Best Acrylic at last year's Coleraine &
District Art Show.
This exhibition featured some of the works from her previous exhibition
so I have not included them in this gallery. |
