Portland CEMA Inc is the incorporated association that runs Portland's artistic umbrella.

It has it's own constitution as required by law and is registered under the Victorian Associations Incorporation Act of 1981.

It is run by an executive body which is elected each year at the Annual General Meeting.

Each Group is represented on the Executive as is the Arts Company.

The Executive meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Portland Arts Centre, at 7:30 pm.
